What ShiftOps does
- Shift handover
- At the end of a shift, write down what the next shift needs to know, so it does not get lost in a chat group or on a note.
- Tasks
- Assign tasks per department and see what is still open in one overview.
- Issue reports
- Report a breakdown or problem and follow it until it is solved.
- Checklists
- Checklists for opening, shift change and closing, with a tick per item.
- Inventory
- A simple inventory module to keep track of what you have. This is still a basic version.
- Departments and permissions
- Work with departments and permissions, so everyone sees what belongs to their role.
Status
ShiftOps is in its pilot phase for one restaurant with one location. We are looking for venues that want to try the shift handover and tell us honestly what works and what does not. The pilot lasts two weeks. For now we work with venues in the Zandvoort and Haarlem area, so we can easily visit.
The pilot is free. We help you set it up, there is a complete manual (in Dutch) so you can work most things out yourself, and you can email your questions: you get an answer within 2 working days.
ShiftOps is available in Dutch, English and German. The price is not fixed yet: we want a fair price, without forced upgrades or hidden fees, and will discuss it at the end of the pilot.
